The Honda HR-V has long been the affordable, compact SUV many people have turned to when they want something capable of giving the handling of a car while providing the safety of a larger vehicle, like an SUV. If this is something you have been searching for, the all new 2016 Honda HR-V might just be the vehicle you have been searching for. It has some truly impressive numbers when comparing to other SUVs on the marketplace, so when you look at the numbers and the sheer head turning ability of the vehicle, chances are you are going to completely fall in love with it.

First, there are several different model trims available. This way, you always receive exactly what you want and don’t need to spend more money for added features you just don’t need or aren’t looking for. The base version is the LX Manual. This is a front wheel drive, manual transmission that uses an I-4 1.8 L/110 engine. The top of the line AWD EX-L CVT uses the same base engine although it comes with all wheel drive. This can be especially helpful when dealing with the slick road conditions Cleveland sees during the late fall and winter months.

On the inside of the vehicle the 2016 Honda HR-V comes with an alarm, cruise control, interior cargo shades for the higher-end models, back-up camera, vehicle anti-theft system, auto-off headlights, variable speed intermittent wipers and keyless entry. As for the entertainment, all models come with an AM/FM stereo, CD player, AUX input jack and MP3 player.

Safety is always an important feature with Honda, which is why all models come with the same safety features. This includes driver, side head, side, passenger and rear head air bags, four wheel ABS and four wheel disc brakes. On top of this, the HR-V comes standard with brake assist, electronic stability control, child safety locks, traction control, daytime running lights, integrated turn signal mirrors and lane departure warning, in case you start to slip out of your driving lane.
