Fast appointment time, timely update. Car complete when they said it would be. Dejuan graciously offered to have someone pick me up at my home to come get the car after the work was complete (I was able to get there without needing that, but it was nice to offer).
Right from the beginning the people were friendly and tried to understand what you needed
They do a very good job getting you in on time. The repairs took as long as they said and checking out was easy.
Since my last visit on 06-26-26, I am going to have a difficult time to trust the Service Center. It is sad, because I have been a loyal customer for more than 4 years. I believe this might be the time to look for another dealer to service my car.
The Pricing for repairs and general maintenance has gotten out of hand with Honda while offering no discounts or coupons
Trust is the word that comes to mind. In an industry where car-buyers face so many unprincipled tactics, I'm pleased to say that Classic Honda in Streetsboro is a notable exception.
We just bought our second car through them and each time I've felt that the transaction was transparent and fair - no surprise changing of numbers at the last minute to increase costs to their benefit.

Easy check-in, quick service for oil change/tire rotation and transmission service. The price was almost exactly what was quoted. The only “issue” I had was the inability of the tech to duplicate my issue with my reverse camera grid lines. I’m not mad about it, as I fully realize some problems take the proper conditions and lucky timing to duplicate. At least the tech spoke with me and explained what he tried to duplicate the issue and his search on Honda’s internal service docs which did not reference this issue. Thanks for the fast, friendly service!
Excellent Service Advisor (Valerie Deacon). She went the extra mile in evaluating the come-and-go-rattle in my car's dashboard on bumpy roads and in evaluating the performance of the cooling function in the front seats of this car with only ~4000 miles on it. Brought in my Honda Pilot for recall repair and to check an error code. I was told the recall was completed and the code was a differential fluid temperature sensor but they reset it. Now I am getting a code every time I start my car but it goes away once I start driving. This is new since it was serviced. Gina told me they couldn’t get the code to come up so that’s why it wasn’t fixed but I can’t avoid this new code. Makes me suspicious.
They are very communicative on costs up front and it is easy to schedule appts. Staff is also very friendly.

I went in for an annual checkup and possibly a new battery. The service person was very thorough and helpful. He recommended that I get a new battery as the current one was over 3 years old. They were speedy and I felt confident that I would have another year worry free.

Repair of Tire valve rubber stem that was leaking. Purchased for new Goodyear tires. One of the tires valve stem was leaking showing up in the aluminum and install new valve stem. At this point repair looks good. I’m not sure if valvestem for the Tire that I purchased original installation would result in leaking valves that were not. That being said repair was satisfactory and the service advisor did a good job..

Quote was unbelievably high. Went to another service department and was quoted one third the price. I had been a 25 year customer and have six cars I regularly service. Had to pay $100 for them to diagnose, too. Checking other service departments before using Classic.
Classic Honda is always consistent with their customer service. I have been going to Classic for maintenance on all my Honda vehicles for the last 14 years.

We've had a battery draw issue on our 2021 Honda Odyssey since we purchased it new. It has left us stranded 10+ times and we've resorted to carrying a jump starter. The van has only been serviced by Classic Honda since new. We had a battery replaced under warranty at ~2.5 years. ~2.5 years later, the battery was determined to be bad again after testing good 4 weeks prior. The service department said everything with the electrical system tested fine and charged us $350 to replace the battery a second time in ~5 years. Efficient service but employees talk too fast. Doesn't feel personal or related. This has been my experience the last two times I'm brought my car in. Both employees were women.
Dustin and Liz are fantastic people. No problems with dealing with Negotiations. Got a fair deal on my old car and a good deal on my new car I will miss my old car, but not the gas mileage I highly recommend Classic Honda, when you’re looking at new Hondas. Great people

Had new tires installed, brake service, and other maintenance completed on our 2026 CRV Hybrid. I highly recommend the brake cleaning and adjustment service. As always the service advisors and the service technician were very professional and courteous. The video of the car inspection during the inspection is very helpful.

Chris G is the best salesperson I've ever worked with. He's personable. He's knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. He's patient. There was absolutely no pressure. The process of easy. Streetsboro Classic Honda was a good place to shop and Chris was great.
I was told they could fix my auto engine to work correctly and after 3 days, they could not get it to work. I only have 33000 on my 2020 Honda Passport and see no reason why it would not work.
Service Department associates are very courteous.
Drove in with a low tire 20 minutes before closing, they took my vehicle in and fixed tire with a small on their face.

Some chipmunks had chewed the wires on my HR-V and it wouldn't start. The service department had it repaired within 2 hours of my arrival.
This was an emergency stop due to a tire malfunction warning, and I didn't have an appointment. DeJuan signed me in immediately and ensured that the tires were carefully checked, the malfunction identified and fixed. It was excellent service and I left with current data on key systems and the tires fixed, warnings reset and a clean car! Thank you!
I bought an HRV from Classic on April 10. Chris was my salesperson. I had spoken to someone else originally but was handed off to Chris when I walked in . Chris was efficient, friendly and helpful.
