I went into the Service Dept and asked them about the little round thing missing on my bumper. They said it was a Sensor I went over bought a Sensor the bumper needed replaced, and it was covered under the warranty, which is great but communication could’ve been a little bit better with me. Anthony was very nice when I talked to him he got the stuff on the roll but again communication about my car could’ve been a little better.don’t also. being disabled and having stairs to go up into the coffee area and or no handicap button on the doors from the outside, no handicap button in your bathroom made my experience a bit difficult and it would make me rethink buying a car at your dealership because of your not accessible

I am still learning the different features for this truck, which I didn't know came with it, like starting the vehicle with the remote along with many other pluses. I do appreciate the full tank of gas, I was not expecting that. When I test drove the Ridgeline, before I bought this one, I ask about the trailer lights hook up, I was told the installed set up was standard, which on that truck was the seven pin and the four pin, which I needed the four pin. This truck does not have the four pin, but it does have the seven pin. I bought a seven pin to four pin adapter which works good for the trailer I need to tow. The day I drove this truck off the lot, I looked for the four pin, and could not find it, but was told by another person, other then Chad, it was there, but it is not, after looking when I got home. I exchanged the temporary license plate for a permanent one , a few days ago. When I went to change the plate, who ever installed the temporary plate used SHEET metal screws where machine screws are to be used. Who ever did this used two, which I am glad for, instead of four, but they must have tried the third hole, because when I ran a tap through, I could only run it through with my fingers in one hole, I should have been able to do that in all four holes. I did run the tap through the other three holes using a tap wrench with the correct tap and used four correct machine screws to install the permanent plate. I bought the maintenance plus and service contract, which now I think that was a mistake, since you couldn't take the time to do a simple task correctly. Loyal

First time at Honda. Family recommended Staff very nice. Manual hard to read and info not applicable to all CRV models. Disappointed to have no push button inside for trunk release. Must use fob and then go around to pull it up. Thought it would release and pop up.
