Great experience. Scheduled a test drive for a vehicle I saw on their website. Test drove, started the purchasing process and drove the vehicle home within 3hrs.

The Suspension Diagnostics seems like a scam and ripoff at about $200, especially when directed to the cause. I brought in my car with noise in the front end and informed service advisor that both suspension links needed to be replaced. I was informed that they needed to do the diagnostics to be sure (makes sense). Within 15 minutes the mechanic determined it was the suspension links that needed to be replaced after-all. That's about $600-$800 per hour. To save face, the service advisor kept me waiting for over an hour to make it look like the mechanic was working hard and saying that two mechanics had to look and test drive and try a few different parts. However, the mechanic posted the video walk-around and results an hour earlier recommending that only the links were needed.

Not quite as good as before. An oil change, "free" tire rotation and air/cabin filter replacements should not be $328.00 (with a coupon). I also asked for them to review and recommend to Honda a new gauge cluster lens because of a mfg defect. I was told me to go to Honda for replacement authorization (I already did and had the case number). It was Honda who told me to go thru the dealership.

The service at Classic is always top notch. Fast, courteous and very informative. They give you all the information you need to make sure you are keeping your car running and keeping yourself safe.

Car servicing was fast and well done and I got the appointment the day before. I arrived at 8 am and was out by 8 am.

I appreciate inflation, but I could have gotten oil & filters change for much less money. Service mechanic adds value by video showing tread on each tire & how dirty the air filter was. My Android Auto malfunctioned a few days ago. Anthony Dantimo added great value by setting Android Auto back to factory reset then reviving my telephone call history.

I continue to be incredibly pleased with my service at Honda every time. They are always so accommodating, efficient and helpful. Last time I was there I was told my service would take 60-90 minutes, which is typical. My car was done in 35 minutes! I continue to feel so grateful I can take my car to Classic Honda Streetsboro for all its service needs. Kudos to the service staff!
